- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and efficiently. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic - within India): 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping (Domestic - within India): 1-3 business days (additional charges apply).
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to expand internationally soon!
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays).
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above ₹1500. A flat rate of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1500.
- Express Shipping: A flat rate of ₹250 applies to all orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order's journey using the link provided in the email or by visiting the respective courier's website.
5. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
- Changes to the shipping address after an order has been placed may not be possible or may incur additional charges. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to modify your address.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the package if possible and contact us immediately. If you accept a damaged package, please take photos before opening and report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
