Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Arpita Boutique. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalized/customized items, are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to your "Order History" and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click on the "Initiate Return" button next to the eligible item(s) and follow the prompts.
- If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer service team at info@arpitaboutique.com to initiate your return.
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions via email.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds and Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
